BSN; NO-Xplode
BSN's NO-Xplode has been one of the top Nitric Oxide products on the market for years. Why so? It's a very well known, and it's quality is decent for a pre workout. Serious lifters would find more interest in many other products, but for the beginning lifter, this is a great beginning pre workout.
The Blue Raspberry flavor is by far the best. Also note that this product contains Magnesium, so you will want to hit the restroom extra hard before you start your lift on squat day.
