Double T Sports; CreaDyl
Double T Sports was my first sponsor, and this was one of the four products I took for them. A man with far greater experience than me suggested NOT go by the label, but do just one scoop for pre workout. He was right. No matter your tolerance, and no matter how strong you think you are, take more than two scoops for a workout, and your body will get a workout before you even begin. To be perfectly clear, the Magnesium in this product is very strong.
I did not notice anything different from this product. The bitter taste was effective for pre workouts, very invigorating, but had little effect beyond that. I cannot actually recommend the product to others, but I can honestly say this is the only Double T product that does not meet my expectations.
