As for actual usefulness, I have only tried samples. These have been two serving size tubes. There is a 4gram serving of glutamine per four tablets. I do not find these to be worth their value. Taking these, I did not notice any difference in recovery, as compared to adding regular glutamine to other supplements I take. Also note, that for serious lifting they suggest two servings per lift which would make this last just over two weeks.
As for the packaging, I have not used a full container. I have only tried a few samples given out at lifting events. You can find more information through these links. The Wild Berry flavor is the only that I tried, and the texture is surprisingly less chalky than several intra/post workouts. I do suggest you PASS on these.
